Good afternoon everyone!

We made it !

This is our last week of school for the 2016 -2017 school year a Nativity of Our Blessed Lady.

There will be full days Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday with regular arrival and dismissal times.

On Thursday and Friday, we will be having a noon dismissal. Report cards will be distributed to our students on Friday, June 16 th.

A letter went home last week with our students from the office to please make sure that all accounts are settled.

This year has been a year of growth, learning, some fun and also some difficult times as well.

I have shared some personal experiences with our students in the hopes of teaching them the right and wrong things to do and say in any given situation.

Some were met with thanks and others met with opposition. I wholeheartedly feel that everyone of our students have grown and matured. Although some of my students may have ambivalent feelings about me, I do hope that they respect me as I have respected each and everyone of them this school year.

I have had to be very strict sometimes.  We have shared some laughter, some tears, some good times, and some bad times.

This has been a tremendous year of growth for me professionally, emotionally and spiritually. I thank my parents and my students for the support that I have been given and the love that I've been shown all year !

I will continue to prayer for all of you !

Please have a safe, restful summer.

God bless !

Mr. Maselli

Good afternoon all !

We have only ten days of school left. It's been a very eventful year for us. Our students have grown in many ways. I am proud of all of them!

Monday, June 5th will be the Social Studies final and Tuesday, June 6th will be the Science final.

Most of my students passed the Archdiocesan religion final and I'm proud to announce that all of my students passed religion.

We now have to concentrate on the last two finals. Please have our students review the topics on the study guides. This will be of great help to them.

The last day of school is June 16th. There will be half days on Thursday, June 15th and Friday June 16th. Report cards will be distributed to students whose accounts are settled.

On Saturday, June 10th, our eighth graders will be graduating and we will be having a mass  that morning.

All are invited to attend.

Once again, thank you for allowing me to be part of your child's educational life. It's been an extremely rewarding year for me and I've learned and grown so much from the time that I've spent with your children.

Thank you,

Mr. Maselli

Happy  Memorial Day to all !

Please discuss and remember the significance of this holiday with our students. Please pray for all of our service men and women who have sacrificed so much for our freedom. Freedom isn't free !

There will not be any school on Monday and Tuesday. School will resume on Wednesday, May 31st. On Wednesday, our students will be taking the Archdiocesan religion exam. We have been preparing and reviewing for all of our finals for about the last 10 days. I had sent home specific study guides with our students a couple of weeks ago and have emphasized and assigned our students to study. If they study  and know the topics that are on the guides, they will probably do well.

 The rest of the final schedule is as follows ;

June 1st - ELA

June 2nd- Math

June 5th- Social Studies

June 6th-Science

Enjoy your mini vacation and be safe!

God Bless !

Mr. Maselli

Good day !

Approximately three weeks left of school. Great job !

We have eighth grade exams this week. Also, this Thursday will be the Honor Society Induction Ceremony at 1:00 pm. There will be a Mass on Thursday as well for the Ascension. That evening, we will also have  our Spring Concert at 7:00 pm. All are invited, but tickets must be purchased in advance. A letter was sent home two weeks ago  for all those who wanted to purchase tickets. On Friday, we will be having a school barbecue to help raise money for the eighth grade trip. A letter  and menu was also sent out about ten days ago for the parents to view and place orders for the food. The last day to hand in the money and the menu form will be Monday, May 22nd. I can't accept anymore money and menu requests after Monday. Only a few of my students have have handed in the menus and money. I have made periodical announcements over the past ten days, so please , if you'd like your student to participate, please send in the form along with the exact amount, in a sealed envelope with the students name and total amount no later than on Monday.

On Monday, May 31st, my sixth graders are going to be taking the Archdiocesan Religion Exam. We have been diligently been reviewing for the exam and all the finals as well. All of my scholars have received a detailed study guide for each subject and should already have started to study.

For the next eight days, we will continue to prepare for the finals.

The schedule for the rest of the exams are as follows:

June 1st - ELA

June 2nd - Math

June 5th - Social Studies

June 6th - Science

Thank you for your continued support and please speak to our students about the importance of adhering to school rules and policies. Their adherence to the rules insures a smooth, and less stressed environment.

God Bless you all ,

Mr. Maselli
