Appropriate advertising (with no pop-ups) supports this free service, which enables educators to have as many as 10 Pages online. Personal Edition costs $24.95 per year, can accommodate unlimited Pages, and offers many other features. How do I move my old SchoolNotes Page(s) over to the new system?

At the homepage, new.schoolnotes.com, in the upper main section are a link and instructions for migrating your page(s). Click that link and follow directions on the resulting page.

If I'm a new user, how do I get started?

Go to the homepage, new.schoolnotes.com, and click on the button that says, "Register for free account." You will be asked to create an Account Name and a Password and to provide a valid e-mail address. A link will be sent to that address which you must follow within 24 hours to complete your registration information and activate the account. After doing so, you can log in and go to the "Manage/Edit Pages" tab, where you can begin to create SchoolNotes Pages. Enjoy!

Can I access SchoolNotes.com from home?

Yes. SchoolNotes.com can be accessed from home, work, school, the library, or any place that has Internet access. An educator can access the tools to edit and publish his or her SchoolNotes Pages, and, of course, students and parents can access those Pages from any Internet-enabled computer, Mac or PC, using any of the major browsers.

How do students and/or parents find my SchoolNotes Pages?

When a teacher has created at least one Page and made it active, students or parents can go to their homepages (new.schoolnotes.com/students/main or new.schoolnotes.com/parents/main) and use the entry fields in the left-hand area to enter the teacher's last name, first name, and school zip code, and links to all active Pages from that teacher will be displayed in a list.

What if I move schools?

No problem! Log in, go to "Account Management," and change your account information to reflect your new situation. Remember to click the button "Save Changes to Account" at the bottom of the page.

What can I do if I find inappropriate material on a SchoolNotes Page?

On any page, you will see a "Help" link in the upper right-hand area; follow that link and use the form you find there to register a complaint.
