#ff6600; font-size: 24pt;">Do not let your child out of the car alone if you are not in the 1st or 2nd car from the door with the blue awning.  If you are further down, please walk your child up to the door.  Mass is letting out at the same time, and the cars from Mass are driving up the parking lot, which makes this a concern.

Here is a little "Peek at the Week" for the week of October 9th.

Monday – We will be continuing our Letter People curriculum.  We will be starting with Mr. H.  Mr. H has Happy Hair! We will learn all about Mr. H and make a paper stick puppet. We will continue with Ms. H activities throughout the week.

We are having our school picture taken on Monday! We will be one of the first group of students to get out pictures taken.  I will make every effort to keep them "Picture Perfect" until it is our turn.

Monday is also Columbus Day and we will be doing some activities to learn more about Columbus.

Monday we will also have a new SUPER STUDENT!

Wednesday -  We will continue learning more about Mr. H.  We will be reading Three Hens and a Peacock and The Hello Goodbye Window

Friday - Is Donuts with Dad.  The fun starts in the Gym @ 7:30 AM.  Since the donuts end at 8 AM, if you are attending with your child and need to leave before the usual start time of 8:20, you may bring them to the room.  You will need to buzz in @ door 7 and accompany them to our room.  If I am not there when you arrive, please, DO NOT leave them in an empty room.

In Religion, our lesson will be "Who is God's Favorite" and do the activities in the accompanying pamphlet.

We will be finishing up our Mr. H activities and will be making our own Happy Hair Hats to wear!

A few more things...

Our SUPER STUDENT  for the weeks of October 9th and October 16 is DEVYN O'DEA!  We look forward to hearing all about Devyn when she shares her poster with us.  Thank you to Max Diersen, for being our Super Student.  We enjoyed getting to know more about him!

Your child's nap time bedding will be sent home at the end of the week so that it may be washed and returned on Monday, October 16.

The purple Religion folders that were sent home are yours to keep at home.  We will be sending papers home every week for you to keep in them.

We are collecting Box Tops for Education and Campbell's Soup labels.  St. Elizabeth's receives money for these and the money is used to purchase items for the classrooms.  Please send any Box Tops or labels you may have in your child's Take Home folder or your Family Folder.
