The student will practice and apply their knowledge of the keyboard to increase their proficiency in typing.

Teacher Activities

Teacher will answer any questions from the previous day’s lesson. Teacher will lecture over lesson 82 and check for comprehension by brief question and answer period. Teacher will monitor students as they complete pre and post tests and to insure students stay on task. As students complete the post tests teacher will monitor results and instruct students to re-work lesson or continue on to skill building.

Student Activities

Bell Work: Students turn on computers and bring up programs (roll taken during bell work) Students will listen to the lecture and participate in a question and answer session on the correct way to write numbers in text. Students will work individually to complete lesson 81 and complete the pre and post test. Once instructed by the teacher they will continue on to Skill Building for remainder of the class period.

Assessment/Evaluation

Pre-Test and Post Test scores.
