Welcome to Grade 5a  2/13/12 - 2/17/12  We are in desperate need of cleaning wipes and tissues.  The fifth grade goal is to keep our class healthy.  We will be wiping down desks a couple of times weekly.  Thank you for all that are bringing in the needed items.

Math-  The review groups will be adding fractions. There will be a test on the review concepts on Friday.  The groups in the the math book, will continue to subtract fractions.  Again a test on Friday.

Science-  We will be continue to read food labels.  I am asking that each child bring in one empty package so that we can read the labels.

English-  We will finish  learning how to write business letters.

Religion-  We have begun Chapter 15.  There will be a test on Friday.

 Spelling- Chapter 9 definitions test will be on Thursday.
