HAPPY MEMORIAL DAY!!!!

There is no school on Monday due to the holiday.

The fifth grade field trip to Boston will be on Thursday. Students are able to dress down and may purchase lunch at Faneuil Hall or bring a bag lunch. They can bring a snack in a brown bag.

We are in need of wipes and tissues to keep germs from spreading.

The virtue of the month is Compassion.

 Reading: We will review for the Unit 1-4 test on Wednesday. The test will be on Wednesday. Then we will do an open book test that will count as classwork on Friday for Hurricanes.

ELA:  The class is working a Unit on Verbs. We will review verb phrases, action and  being verbs.

Religion:    We will read about the call to live as a disciple of Jesus, laypeople, religious women, men, and vocations.

Social Studies:    The class is learning about the rivalries in North America, Spanish Settlements, New France, and French and Indian War.

 Spelling:  The class will work on Unit 15 vocabulary. The spelling test will be next Week.
