Laurie Parish 6th Grade - English Silver Team June 1 - June 5 This week at a glance . . . We are getting to the end of the year. I will be reviewing Friday morning 8:15 -8:35. I may hold a review after school one day if possible. I will let you know if I do and what day after school from 4-5. Students will be bringing home their yearbooks (writing portfolio) by Friday to keep. Ask your child to see their work in their yearbook! I am proud of them all! Monday: Memorial Day - No School Tuesday: Finish sentence strip - diagramming Discuss TAKS Benchmark scores Homework: None Wednesday: Finish with TAKS revisions Pop Quiz (well, some what of a pop quiz over basic grammar) Homework: worksheet Thursday: Final Review - students have entire class period to complete. What is not complete during class becomes homework. Homework: Review due Friday
