November 30 - December 4

 

 

Objectives:  ELA6C1:  Identifies and uses the eight basic parts of speech and demonstrates that words can be different parts of speech within a sentence (all 8 parts of speech)
ELA6C1: c. Identifies and writes simple, complex, compound, and compound-complex sentences.

This week we will be working on types of sentences according to structure.  We will be MAP testing on Thursday and Friday. (Reading and Language Arts)

 

Homework:
Monday - Write 5 simple and 5 compound sentences.
Tuesday - Handbook p. 100  Ex. 16
Wednesday - Finish writing assignment started in class.
Thursday - Read AR
Friday - None; Enjoy your weekend.
