Welcome to Kindergarten!

It's hard to believe we are almost halfway through the year!  It's amazing to see the changes in the students already.  Many are beginning to read simple books.  They are adding and subtracting using pictures and objects.  They are also beginning to write sentences and stories on their own.

After the winter holidays, you will see additional changes.  Your child will be required to write their first and last names on their work.  We will wrap up the letters of the week.  This means there will be a change in the homework.  More information on this will follow.  We will be working on counting money and telling time.  We will continue to work on adding, subtracting, and identifying double digit numbers.
