IMPORTANT NOTICE:

*Students remember that this is a physically demanding course. You will be involved in various physical activities and you must make sure you are drinking enough water and providing your body with the necessary nourishment. You have water available to you during class at all times and you are allowed at anytime to drink water as long as you drink from the fountains available outside in the hard-court area, and that you simply inform me of you getting water. You have also been informed that you are allowed to bring your own source of fluids and sun protection to class. Remember that everyone is different and has their own individual physical abilities, no one is the same, you are expected to do the best that YOU can at all times. Some of us can do more than others and you are only required to do the best that your individual self can do, please make sure to communicate with your teacher at all times; Especially if you find yourself not feeling well. I cannot know how you feel unless you communicate that to me. This is a matter of personal safety please make sure that you understand this notice and if you have any questions please ask me so that I may provide you with further clarification. Look forward to working on our physical fitness together and see you outside on the field.*

 
 

----------MAKE-UP POLICY / ALTERNATIVE ASSIGNMENT ----------

**IF YOU ARE ABSENT TO CLASS, OR HAVE AN ALTERNATIVE ASSIGNMENT, YOU MUST HAND IN AN ARTICLE ALONG WITH A ONE PAGE SUMMARY OF THAT ARTICLE. FOR MAKEUP WORK IT IS DUE NEXT CLASS TO MAKE UP FOR YOUR ABSENCE. THIS IS IN ADDITION TO ANY ASSIGNMENT THAT MIGHT HAVE BEEN DUE DURING YOUR ABSENCE FOR HOMEWORK. **

FOR STUDENTS ON AN ALTERNATIVE ASSIGNMENT THIS ASSIGNMENT IS DUE EVERY CLASS SESSION UNTIL THE DURATION OF YOUR ALTERNATIVE ASSIGNMENT PERIOD. YOU STILL HAVE TO DRESS OUT ACCORDINGLY AS YOU WILL BE GRADED FOR UNIFORM COMPLIANCE.
