CLASS PICTURE DAY IS THURSDAY, MAY 24TH.

There will be a science vocabulary test on the following words Friday, May 25, 2012

cell membrane, nucleus, tissue, organ, classify, kingdom, phylum, class, species, vertebrate, invertebrate.

Be prepared for a math pop quiz this week on solving equations involving  addition, subtraction, multiplication and division using inequalities and unknowns.

If you  have not brought in your money for the class picnic for May 29th, please do so as soon as possible. The donation is $7.00 per student.

Bring in your clean white "T" shirt and a blue and red marker this week for Field Day. Field Day is May 30th. The 5th grade class will be representing the U. S. A. for Field Day.

Fifth grade promotion will be June 6, 2012, at 9:00 am to 10:15 am in the Middle School Cafeteria. Each student will be issued 2 tickes for the promotion program per family. There will be a reception in the 5th grade wing following the promotion ceremony.

Homew for this week will be given daily based on what is covered in class due to Science Fast Testing.
