Dear Families,

            We are ready for Thanksgiving in Kindergarten!  We have begun to discuss how Thanksgiving began and will be discussing what we are thankful for and how the Wampanoag Indians lived.

            Our story in Reading was Bear Snores On.  Poor Bear is sleeping when several animals throw a party in his very own lair!  We talked about the differences between real and make-believe.  We also learned about the letter Cc.

            In Math we began playing games with number cards, practiced reading dot sets with dice, and continued writing numbers.

            Next week is our Thanksgiving Feast.  If you would like to help, we will need volunteers from 11:30-1:30 on Tuesday.  Thank you!

Winter Is On the Way!

On snowy days, please bring the following:

   * Snowpants

   * Coat

   * Hat

   * Gloves or Mittens

   * Boots

   * Slippers or Shoes (to wear inside)

***In the case of a delay, we will still have Kindergarten because we are a full-day program.
