Mrs. Roberts' Big Top News Week of April 19& 27 This week we will read our Scholastic Magazine Article. Next week we will begin Theme 15-Precious Resources “Racing with the Sun” pages 456-460. *Scholastic Quiz-Tuesday, Apr. 20th *Read/Respond Test-Wednesday, Apr. 21st *Theme 15 Week 1 Test- Friday, Apr. 30th Language/Spelling: Poetry We will work on poetry writing. We will make a poetry book to turn in for a graded assignment. *Writing picked up for a grade-Friday, Apr. 30th *Unit 34 spelling Test-Thursday, Apr. 29th We will start Unit 35 on Monday, May 3rd Math: Volume & Multiplication We will learn how to find the volume using lengthXwidthXheight. We will then move on to 2 digit multiplication next week. *Volume Test-Wednesday, Apr. 21st Science: Skeletal and Digestive Systems and Food Pyramid We will read pages R21, 27, and 28. NO TEST to study for this week.
