12/14  MANY THANKS to those folks who have pointed out 'errors' or 'omissions' on their child's CROSS reports.  This is exactly how it's supposed to work, as far as I'm concerned, ...you can know what's going on and keep me 'honest' at the same time!!!

12/12  Are you keeping up with your progress on CROSS???  Scores are 'constantly' being updated.

12/6  St. Nicholas left a treat at the church for all the children.  Penance service at 6:30 this evening, a perfect opportunity for all.

12/5  Anyone who has not receive the information to access CROSS, please email Mrs. Campbell at tcampbell@stmaryum.org.  She will look into the problem. It seems that the biggest problem is in the email address on record...one errant character and you don't get your emai.!!!!!

12/2   With the launch of CROSS (Cornerstone Record of Student Status) today, you will have access to your childs progress 24/7, should you choose to visit that often!!!   At this time, the scores you see for a given assignment, test, or quiz, may include R.I.S.E. Bucks points, signature points, and/or correction points.  I will be changing this in the future, I'm not certain exactly when, so that you will able to see the actual earned score in one place and any extra credit point and R.I.S.E. points in its own column.

The CROSS site includes a schedule of student assignments...I will continue to use schoolnotes until I'm certain that I am using the program correctly for this purpose and the information is 'showing up'  in a user-friendly way.   I will announce the end of my use of schoolnote at that time.  I encourage you to become familiar with the site before that time.

MATH DAILY WORK...each student begins the marking period with 200/200 homework points.  Points are deducted any time the student arrives in class without the completed work.

WHEN ARE SCORES UPDATED?  I intend to update student records as I correct student work.
