Over the next few weeks we will be focusing on writing a persuasive paper.  We have been working on topic sentences, body of a paragraph, and closing sentences in our writing lessons.

We have finished reading "Tales of Despereaux"!  We will be reading short stories between now and the CRCT and then we will be reading "James and the Giant Peach."

Just a few reminders:

1.  Please remember to sign behavior logs every night. Please just sign one night at a time.

2.  Your child needs to read every night.

3.  Our next Vocabulary Test is February 23rd.  The words are listed here.

Thank you!

K. Curtis
