My schedule is as follows:

1st period -- (7:40-9:10) -- Calculus

2nd period -- (9:15-10:50) -- Calculus

3rd period -- (10:55-12:45) -- Pre-Calculus

A Lunch (10:50-11:15)

4th period -- (12:50-2:25) -- Planning

I'm available most days before and after school to help students. Please check with me to make sure I am available.

Calculus (1st & 2nd period)

In chapter 3 we will be discussing applications of differentiation. In this chapter students will be able to find critical numbers of a function. Use the extreme value theorem, Rolle's Theorem, and Mean Value Theorem. Students will be able to sketch curves by using 1st and 2nd derivative line tests. Students will be able to solve applied minimum and maximum problems and find linear approximations.

 Pre-Calculus (3rd period)

In Ch 4 we will be discussing how to the unit cirlce and the six trigonometric functions. We will be solving problems using trigonometry. Also, we will learn about the graphs of the six trigonometric functions.
