Can you believe it's November? We have so much to be thankful for. I'm thankful for the two wonderful classes I have! Following is an update on the activities and events for the month. The PS3's will be learning letters Ff, Gg, and Hh and their phonetic sounds. Numbers 4 and 5 and their concepts will be introduced. We will be counting to 15. Bible lessons will include Naaman and the Servant Girl, Lions Cannot Hurt Daniel, Queen Esther, and Jonah. We will also be discussing the First Thanksgiving. Bible memory verses: "O give thanks unto the Lord; for He is good." Psalm 106:1 "Fear not, for I am with thee." Genesis 26:24 The preschool 3's are going to be Indians for the Thanksgiving Feast! I will be tie-dying t-shirts for their costumes. Please turn in a white short sleeve t-shirt by Thursday, Nov. 5 for T/TH classees, and Friday, Nov. 6 for MWF classes. The Feast will be Wednesday, November 18 for MWF classes from 10:00-11:00, and Thursday, November 19 for T/TH classes from 10:00-11:00 (both days in the Fellowship Hall). Also, I will keep the t-shirts for the chidren to wear in the Spring for Letter Tt for our "tie-dyed t-shirt day!! Remember to mark your calendars for the CHRISTMAS PROGRAM, TUESDAY, DECEMBER 8 at 6:30. The PTF wants everyone to be informed about the LCA Fundraiser at Chick-fil-A on November 13 at the Chick-fil-A on Main Street in front of SAM's in Lewisville. It will be from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. with games and fun in the dining room from 5:00-7:00. Stop by and register to win $25 pre-loaded Chick-fil-A gift cards. I want to thank you all for making my birthday special. Thank you for the generous gift cards. You are all so kind and thoughtful. I truly appreciate everything you did for me.
