Mrs. Jills Terrific 2's Class

We are having a great time in class - making new friends, learning to share and exploring God's world.  I am looking forward to a great year of learning about our letters, numbers, colors, shapes and so much more...but most of all, how much God loves us and cares for us!!

What is Happening in February



WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 1 - Donuts with Dad for my M/W Class.  Dads, come join your child in their classroom.  We will provide the donuts and juice.  Come & Go from 8:45 - 9:15 am


THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 2 - Donuts with Dad for my T/TH Class.  Dads, come join your child in their classroom.  We will provide the donuts and juice.  Come & Go from 8:45 - 9:15 am


MONDAY, FEBRUARY 13- "Jesus Loves Me" Celebration - for my M/W Class.  We will be exchanging Valentines with our classmates, so please bring one for each friend.  Parents: There will be a sign-up sheet out on the sign-in table a week ahead so you may sign up for an item to send in for our special "picnic lunch" to share.  Look for an email with friend's names for Valentines and other details.

THINGS to REMEMBER:

Quick goodbyes, are the best goodbyes   : )

* School time is from 8:45am-1:00pm

* Sign-in each day at the table outside the room

* Bring a packed lunch - easy open & small bites are 

best (we are not able to heat any items)

* Bring diapers/pullups and a change of clothes

* We will provide a snack each day

*Feel free to send a sippy cup (labeled 

please) - once they have finished their drink, we 

will refill with water only

  • If diaper cream is needed, we must have a written note of instruction

**Absences
The office would appreciate a phone call about absences and the cause to help in notifying other parents in cases where their child may have been exposed to a contagious illness.

A child may return to school when they have gone:

  • 24 hours with no fever

  • 24 hours with no throwing up

  • 24 hours with no diarrhea
