Mrs. Russell Third Grade February 6-10 * * * Needed: We will be decorating bags for our Valentine cards that we will be collecting at the "Jesus Loves Me" party. I would like for each student to bring some Valentine stickers, etc. to decorate their bags with. If some of you would like to send some things to share with the class, we would gladly accept them. * * * * Personal Note: The time has come for my mom to have the neck surgery that was once scheduled and then postponed. I plan to be out of the classroom for a few days (depending on how things go) next week in order to be by her side. I certainly will appreciate your continued prayers on her behalf as she undergoes this procedure. * * * * BIBLE: Joseph Explains Pharaoh's Dream...Genesis 41:25-43 Memory Verse: James 1:1-6.......Test Friday 1. James, a servant of God and of the Lord Jesus Christ, to the twelve tribes scattered among the nations: Greetings. 2. Consider it pure joy, my brothers, whenever you face trials of many kinds, 3. Because you know that the testing of your faith develops perseverance. 4. Perseverance must finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything. 5. If any of you lacks wisdom, he should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to him. 6.
