Welcome to the Ortego Corral
May 21-25 Third and Fourth grade will be signing yearbooks at recess tomorrow Tuesday May 22. I am updating now as I will be gone from class on Friday May 18 attending a college graduation. Last week of school activities Monday- bring a car for History lesson and it is crazy sock day. Wear mismatched or wild socks. Tuesday - Games day- children may bring a board game or card game. No electronic hand held games please. Wednesday- Reading day- children may bring 2 or 3 books, a small blanket, pillow and stuffed animal. Thursday is Movie day-We will watch movies in the afternoon. Friday is the Party day- We do have a full day so the party will start in the afternoon. Used uniform sale starts tomorrow- Friday at 8:45 am. Spirit day all next week, jeans, capris or uniform shorts and a school shirt
Memory Verse- For the law was given through Moses, grace and truth came through Jesus Christ. No one has ever seen God, but God the One and Only, who is at the Father's side, has made him known. John 1:17-18 Bible- Paul's Missionary Journey- NO Quiz or Memory Verse this week. Spelling- We will work on Spelling Review Chapter 24- NO test this week Language- Review page on Monday, Test on Tuesday Math- Temperatures and Measuring and Algebra and review. History- We will continue on the Age of Progress and inventions. Children may bring a toy car to school on Monday

Dates to Remember May 18th- Used Uniform sale opens at 8:45 am May 17-May 25th- Spirit Day wear. May 25- Last day of school. End of year parties. This day is a full day.
