Things to Know...

Classwork/Homework/Tests:

Students are expected to participate and complete all classwork and homework that is assigned. Many, but not all, of these assignments are graded according to 100 for completion or a grade of zero for not completing. Homework/classwork grades can greatly effect final averages.

Tests are given at the completion of a unit. Some vocabulary tests will be given throughout the unit as needed. We will try our best to avoid more than two major tests on any one day.

Students will also have a Daily Work test every other Friday. These tests are open-note, therefore students do not need to study but will need to stay organized. If a students is absent, it is the students responsiblity to make up any daily work missed before the day of the test.

Tests = 80%

Classwork/Homework = 20%

If a student is absent it is their responsibility to makeup any work missed. Daily work should be copied from a fellow classmate. Papers and handouts can be found in the red folder by period on the front board.

 Lesson plans and due dates may change.
