TAG Language Arts

Dear Parents and Students,

     We are mid way through Where the Red Fern Grows.  This is such a classic!  The author, Wilson Rawls, wrote the book, burned it, then rewrote it in 3 weeks.  He had no formal education and had his wife edit his work.  The book closely resembles his boyhood growing up in the Ozarks.  Students are to read 2 chapters per night and answer their reading check questions.  We will finish the book this coming up weekend.  Next week we will prepare and hold a debate on hunting for sport.

     This week students will not be in class on Wednesday, it is Battle of the Titans.
