7th Grade Life Science Mrs. Ghilarducci Our SVMS Science fair will be on Saturday February 11, in the multipurpose room. Please set up your project in the MPR on Friday after school. On Saturday, please arrive at 11:45 if you're competing. Judging will be 12:00-1:00. The Science Fair is open to the public from 1:00-2:30. Monday 2/6/12 1. Overview chapter 5 lesson 1 2. Adaptations in leatherback sea turtles 3. Begin video Galapagos Homework: Read chapter 5 lesson 1, complete workbook pages 46-48 DUE: Friday 2/10 Tuesday 2/7/12 1. Finish Galapagos/video quiz 2. Animal adaptations sheet (due tomorrow) Wednesday 2/8/12 1. Natural Selection Activity (Beans) 1.1 Thursday 2/9/12 1. Finish Natural Selection Activity 2. We are excited to start a new tradition and to celebrate the creativity & hard work of our students. Please join us!
We are looking for judges,volunteers and food/beverages!
· Judges will need to be here approximately10:00-2:00
· Volunteers can help in shifts with other tasks: Set up & check in 9:30-11:00 Check in & lunch help 11:00-12:30 Lunch help & concession sales 12:30-2:00 Clean up 2:00-3:00
