This week we are reading Tanya's Reunion. Spelling Words Students copy down their spelling words every week in their Spelling folder. On Friday their Spelling Contract Assignments are due. There is a list of about 25 options, but they only have to complete 4 of them. Reading Logs Reading Logs are due every Friday. Students should read every night. After reading they need to write down what they read, how long they read and have a parent sign the log.  Book Reports Each month students will have a book report project. Students will be given an option to complete 1 of 2 different assignments for their book report. Projects must be based on a chapter book that they have read independently.
