11-10-09:

Mods 2 and 4: p. 158 3-6 and 10-17.  Focus today was on ratios, and Thursday we will begin with rates and unit rates.

Mod 3: Complete Review and Consolidation on p. 41 as well as the homework on p. 42.

11-4-09:

Mods 2 and 4: p. 622 lesson 3-1. Do not complete the problems that have decimals.

Mod 3: p. 26

10-29-09:

All students received their progress reports from me today.  Please sign them and have your child return it to me Monday.  This is the third one they have received from me so far this school year.

10-22-09:

Mods 2 and 4:  Complete Unit 3 test today.  The final portion of their project (questionnaire and summary) are due Monday.

Mod 3: Unit 1 assessment Friday

10-2-09:

Mod 2 and Mod 4: Complete worksheet that we started in class.  Students also received their scores for Unit 2 Assessment. 

Mod 3: No homework, but had a quiz today.  They should have those results Monday.

9-29-09:

Mods 2 and 4: Unit 2 Assessment tomorrow.  Please review any notes and review paper from class.  Also, work on project when time is available.  Do not wait until the last minute!!

Mod 3: No homework tonight.  We will continue to work on applying the distributive property tomorrow.

9-23-09:

Mod 2 and 4: p. 618 lesson 1-9 (1-30).

Mod 3: No homework.  Had p. 43 last night.

9-21-09:

Mod 2 and 4: p. 618 lesson 1-8 #'s 1-10 only.  Also, students need to review adding and subtracting integers because many struggled with that today.  Just because we haven't worked on a specific concept in a few days doesn't mean they will never see it again.  Please reiterate that to all students.  We will have a test sometime early next week.

Mod 3: No homework.  Students should review and practice all basic facts.

9-15-09:

Mod 2 and Mod 4: Unit 1 Assessment tomorrow.  We had a brief review in class today and will review again tomorrow prior to the test.

Mod 3: No homework tonight.  Need to finish lesson 6.  Students received their first quizzes yesterday and should have taken them home to show parents.
