Students and parents are encouraged to not only bookmark the page, but to also to click and complete the section that will allow automatic e-mail notifications of changes in the page to any e-mail account.  Students are responsible for knowing the information posted on SchoolNotes, usually simply a reflection of printed and verbal materials given and discussed in class.  When a change is made to SchoolNotes, parents should print the first page, sign it and send it in with their student the next day so he/she can get three merits. THE LAST BOOSTER MEETING OF THE YEAR IS THIS WEEK   

    Posted May 22 - The boosters will be back in the chorus room at 6:30 PM for their final meeting of the school year this Thursday evening, May 24. The new executive committee will meet at 5:45 PM in the director's office.

    There is still business to transact and time to begin planning for another year of music making.  It will be a very short summer.  Students return to school on August 20.  The chorus potluck supper is scheduled the very next Monday, August 27.

     So, be there, parents, and help the boosters get started on 2012-2013.

      Remember ...... there will be a very important Europe meeting immediately after the booster meeting.  Yes, it is important that you attend if you are going to be traveling with the Singers three-thousand miles from home in less than a year.

CONCERT DVD ORDER FORM

    Posted May 20 - Booster president Ken Pickler has edited the concert video footage from last week's awards concert and has produced a DVD that you can purchase for a very reasonable $10.00.  If you want a very professional "Light-Scribed" label, the price per DVD is $15.00.

     The form that you need to order your DVD can be printed from the "download" section above.

     Ken can also provide you with all-county, holiday and various other DVDs for the same $10.00 price. 

     Anyone wanting a DVD should fill out the form, write a check for the number of DVDs needed, bring the order form and money to school, place both in a chorus envelope, seal it, write the requested information on the outside of the envelope and slide it into the chorus drop box.  

     Ken will burn the DVDs and will announce here on SchoolNotes when they can be picked up at school.  

     Do not wait.  This is a treasure.  Only a few days are left in the school year!  If you want a DVD, order ASAP.

DONE WITH THAT DRESS?

DONATE IT TO THE CHORUS!

     Posted April 27 - Graduating senior girls and girls who are not taking chorus next year ..... give us your dress!  

     The chorus boosters are asking that once you are done with your chorus dress you donate it to the chorus.  There is not reason to leave it hanging in your closet and your will never wear that dress again after the final concert.

     The boosters would like to dry clean it and offer it to a girl who is coming in as a freshman or an upper-classman who needs another size dress.

     So, after May 15, do not even bother to hang your dress up.  Put it in a plastic sack and bring it to school.  Or, bring a change of clothes to put on after the spring concert and leave your old dress with us.  

      Some deserving new girl will appreciate your generosity and wear the dress one more year before it is retired.
