Look at what we've Done

    This week we read about Chinatown. We worked on making judgements, fact and opinion, sequencing, and cause and effect.  We also read the story Molly's Pilgrim to get us into the Thanksgiving spirit.  In Math we concentrated on pictographs with various number representations for each symbol.  We started to work with pronouns in Language. 

Where we are Going

   Next week the children will be reading about a child who wishes to be exactly like his father.  We will also be reading in three different chapter books during our small group time.  We will have a very busy week with American Education Week and all the visitors.  We will also be going on a walking tour through  the city of Hebron, after the mayor speaks to us.  We are also looking forward to our feast on Friday.

Our daily schedule :

9:00 - 10:30 Math

10:30 - 11:15 Reading

LUnch/Recess

12:15 - 1:00 Reading

1:00 until specials - Language Arts/ Social Studies/Science

Most of our specials are at 2:45 until the end of the day
