Dear Parents, We had a fabulous time on our Sacramento trip. Thank you to all of my parents that helped on this trip. It was so fun to have all of you join us. I appreciate so many kind comments, and I was immensely proud of all of my students and their knowledge and ability to participate with the tour guide. Thanks, againl. As I have stated before, the third quarter is usually the most challenging quarter of all. We now clearly know our teacher's and parent's expectations, have gained basic knowledge of how to find information from texts, how to write a fluent multiple paragraph essay, and math computational skills that will lead us to higher levels of learning. We are now going to apply all of these skills to reach our full potential. This is actually the best part of the journey. The confidence you will now see in your child will stun you. Monday: 2/6/12 Sacramento Trip is tomorrow. See you by 6:20 at the latest. Don't forget all of your food, comfortable shoes, and a backpack or bag to hold your things on the bus.
