If you do not, you will receive a -0- for the assignment. Class-Work is not excused as make-up work unless arrangements are  made,  in advance,  with me.

 1/2/12 - Reading required novel "Nothing But the Truth"

  Daily Homework:  work on vocabulary, short answers, and critical analysis questions on a daily basis as we read each chapter in class.   Completed study guide will be due on the day we take the test (TBA - when we get closer to the end of the novel  -- estimated:  end of the month 01/31/12)

  STUDY GUIDE FOR NOVEL (ALL QUESTIONS & ANSWERS) IS DUE ON MONDAY,  01/30/12  -   Total Point Value = 300

  TEST:  Novel "Nothing But the Truth" will be Wednesday, 2/1

  Literary Fair:    Required    Due date for projects:  Feb. 3rd   NO LATE PROJECTS WILL BE ACCEPTED!   Please copy the information for this assignment from the information sheets in the classroom.

   FCAT Writes:   2/28/12  -  The entire month of February we will be focusing on 5 paragraph essay writing.

 Homework:   FCAT Explorer:   Each week you will need to complete one unit which consist of 3 short reading stories and approximately 35-40 questions.   You must read all three stories each week and answer all questions to receive full credit.
