Kindergarten, 1st - 3rd Grade - Students will be using different programs to reinforce their skills in Math, Reading and Spelling.  Students in 3rd grade will begin to start "Home Row" Typing in the second half of the year.

4th Grade - Students will start to use the MS PowerPoint program and will be creating various slide presentations.

6th Grade - students will be building typing skills using www.typingweb.com/tutor.  They will be using MS Word to create table.  They will learn how to merge, fill, and manage the cells of the table.  They will then progress to MS Excel and work with spreadsheets.  We will review Internet safety and netiquette.

Please bring in your "Weekly Schedule" on Tuesday, April 17th.

Every 1st day of the week for computer class the student must bring in an article related to computers.  This article my not come from and encylopedia, encyclopedia type (ex. How Stuff Works, Wikipedia, etc.), or any publication from school/church.  It may not be more than 6 months old.  If from a newspaper - bring the WHOLE page, if from the Internet - all of it except for the comments that may be attached.  Please have you name and homeroom on the article.
