 Dear Parents:

This week the kindergarten class made cards for our veterans.  These cards were delivered to a VA hospital by one of our fifth grade moms. We made some great, big turkeys after reading the book Ten Fat Turkeys.  This week we will continue learning more about Thanksgiving

 We will be working with the letter /Nn/ this week. Our high frequency word is /to/.  In Math we will continue our unit on Positions.  We will learn about feelings and help the children understand that God understands our feelings in Religion. 

On Wednesday, November 18, the student council will sponsor a special day.  The children will be allowed to wear a vacation t-shirt or sweatshirt along with their uniform pants or jumpers.  The cost for this is $1.00.  Please send the money in an envelope with their names and special day marked on it.
