Dear Parents,

Powerschool is up and running for grades 4 through 8.  Grades K-3 do not have access to powerschool.  You will receive printed report cards and progress reports. Please return all progress reports signed.

Please send back book forms signed.

The class has been enjoying writing to their new pen pals in Bricktown, NJ...letters should have come home for you to see.

Reading- No new story this week.  We will be reading various comprehension stories and practicing for Terra Nova.

Phonics/Spelling-ur, er, ir...we will be learning how to write these words in cursive

Language Arts- review of helping and linking verbs

Math- 3 digit subtraction with regrouping, review of basic facts

Religion-Chapter 12...We Pray for Others

Penmanship- Letter p, z. v, x

Social Studies- Cultural Heritage, Lincoln

Please encourage neat printing and cursive writing at home when completing homework!
