AP WORLD HISTORY PERIOD 5
MR. CAMPOS IMPORTANT REMINDER, AS DECIDED ON THURSDAY LAST WEEK, THAT WE HAVE A VERY IMPORTANT MEETING AFTER SCHOOL TODAY MAY 14TH. FAILURE TO ATTEND WILL RESULT IN ACADEMIC CONSEQUENCES.
Also, you should be reviewing, reading, disecting the princeton and/or baron ap preparation book.
START READING THE PRINCETON OR BARON'S AP U.S. BOOK FROM THIS POINT FORWARD AND STUDYING THE NOTES FOR THE COMING NOTES EXAM THIS ON April 26th! NOTE THAT THE NOTES EXAM IS EVERYTHING WE HAVE STUDIED FROM THE START OF THE YEAR TO THE END. We have now arrived to the count down of this course. I expect nothing but your total dedication until the early afternoon of May 17th. From here on out EVERYTHING you have done is ultimately judged on this single exam. After school sessions will no longer just be extra credit. It will be mandatory. For every after school session you miss, you will receive a packet assignment due at a given specified date. For example, if we have an after school session awarding extra credit on April 23, then YOU MUST attend. Failure to do so will result in you receiving a packet assignment due on May 17th. The assignment packet will not be easy, and it will be work you must do AFTER the exam is over. The schedule for this class is shown below. We will be taking exams and reviewing results. All of this will be to help you do the best you can for the national exam. We will be learning CHANGE OVER TIME ESSAYS AND COMPARATIVE AND CONTRAST ESSAYS strategies in class and after school. Failure to attend after school sessions will demonstrate that you are not fully committed to doing your best, and I will therefore be fully committed to making the class even more challenging AFTER the test is over. However, if you are fully committed to this class up to May 17th, I will make this course a more relaxing and enjoyable experience. Nevertheless, that MUST be EARNED. And all I ask in return is your total dedication up to May 17th.
