Sixth Grade Show: The sixth grade school concert/ show is Thursday, November 5 at 7:45 p.m. All sixth graders received a paper to take home about the show, and explaining what to wear that day. The Christmas concert: The Christmas concert is Thursday, December 17 at 7:45 p.m. The Schola Choir and all students in grades k-5 will be in this concert. The Spring concert: The Spring concert is Thursday, May 6 at 7:45 p.m. The Schola Choir and grades 7 and 8 will be in this concert.Schola Choir adjudication: Our Schola choir received a “superior” rating and came in first place in their division at Kutztown University in a Music in the Parks Festival. Sixteen middle school and high school choirs from Grades 1-4: The method of music education that I am using in class is known as the Kodaly system. It stresses listening, music reading and listening skills. |
