Tues May 31:  Field Trip!! Please bring a packed lunch in disposable containers.

Homework: Grammar review packet-make corrections to April Fools article and do sentences 3-5

Wed June 1:  Review adverb/preposition test and book reports.  Practice for English final (parts of speech) and Reading final (main idea, inferences, story elements)

Homework:  study for finals

Thurs June 2: English final (parts of speech for two sentences and correct one paragraph)

Homework: study for finals

Fri June 3: English final (three fresh reads on main idea, inferences, and story elements)

Homework: none

 Classwork/Homework-Writing/grammar

This will be given on a weekly schedule of 'Day 1' and 'Day 2'.  Day 1 is the first day your child has English during the week and Day 2 is the second day.This is due to the fact that the homeroom groups do not have this class on the same days as each other.  Ms Shick's homeroom is 5-2 and Mr Beacham's homeroom is 5-1

Day 1, May 30/31: Enjoy the holiday/review for finals
