Dear Parents,

Assessments are completed and you will receive a Progress Report Friday, November 20th.  Please check it over, write notes on skills you need to help your child with at home, sign and return it to me as soon as possible.  As I communicated to you earlier, an official Report Card will go home in January.

Our Thanksgiving Feast is on Tuesday, November 24th.  Please make sure you send in the item(s) our room moms asked you to send in for the feast.  Remember, the hours for the morning Pre-k on Tuesday only are 8:00-12:00 and for the afternoon class 9:00-12:00.  Except for Lunch Bunch, all of Pre-K will be dismissed at 12:00pm or soon thereafter.  Just pull up in front of the school as you normally do to pick up your child.  Thanksgiving Day Holidays are Wed., Nov. 25-Fri., Nov. 27th.

Also plan on Tuesday, December 8th to attend mass.  It is a Holy Day of Obligation so Pre-K will attend at 8:20am with the entire school.  I will need parents who are fingerprinted and cleared to attend and sit with us.  I will need at least one parent to meet us at school and walk with us.  The afternoon class is welcome to join us at the church, but parents will be responsible for getting them to churchand will sit with their child as well.

Wednesday, December 16th will be our Christmas SingAlong at 10:00am for the morning class and 1:45pm for the afternoon class.  Room moms will be contacting you after Thanksgiving for what will be needed for that day.  This takes the place of a Christmas Party.

A reminder that it is uniform policy for Blessed Trinity for the boys to wear long uniform pants from November 1st to April 1st, even though the days are warmer this year.

Flu season has begun, so please keep your child home if they are not feeling well, particularly if they are running fever.  They should not come back to school until they have been without fever for a full 24 hours, or the doctor gives permission for them to return.

Thank you and have a very Happy Thanksgiving!

God bless you.

Sincerely in Christ,

Mrs. Santa
