DearParents:

We are continuing the novel this week, Bridge to Terabithia.  Spelling and vocabulary lists are attached to the “Galloway Gazette” as well as posted on the website.  Due to our field trip we will have our spelling dictation test on Wednesday rather than Thursday.  In addition to their normal reading, language arts and spelling tests this week, student will have a social studies quiz on Wednesday and Science quiz on Friday.

Students received their assignment for a book report due to be turned in the last week before the Christmas holidays.  Please encourage your child to use their time off next week to complete their reading and begin their report.  The book must be an AR book on their AR level.

This Thursday our class will go on our field trip to the Renaissance Festival.  We are all looking forward to the trip and hope to learn more about what life was life during that time period.

Please sign and return the interim reports sent home last week.

If you have any questions please contact me at the school phone number  or kathy.galloway@stpsb.org.
