Ladies and Gentlemen, boys and girls, children of all ages....Welcome to Mr. Bennett's 6th grade Language Arts class for 2009-2010. It has been a great start to the school year and it looks to be the same ahead. I will use schoolnotes.com to share information and for friendly reminders. My first friendly reminder will be to make sure your child has returned the yellow sheet that came home the first day of school which they and you should have signed stating that you have read and understand the course outline. I will also use this page to let you know of due dates or long term projects. The students in my classes will have homework every night, Monday through Thursday, and have already had homework this week. The students must read 20 minutes Monday through Thursday and record the book information for that night on a reading log. These have not been distributed yet, but I will post a schoolnotewhen they are.
