How to use Sheppard Software

1.  Go to www.sheppardsoftware.com

2.  Click on World Geography Games

3.  Click on the area that countries were assigned for the current week.  For example, our first area of study will be Latin America, so try clicking on Central and South America.

4.  Under the Countries column, begin by clicking the Level L- Tutorial link.  (NOTE:  if clicking on the picture of the continent does not work on your computer; try clicking on the “dial-up version” link.  Depending on your computer, one link may work better than the other)

5.  Click on Controls and choose the specific area of the continent that we are studying.  For example, try clicking on South American, Northern.

6.  Begin clicking on the boxes next to the countries on the left of the page.  This will show you where the countries are.

7.  When you have gone through this level a few times and feel confident that you are ready to move on, go back to the main page.  To get there, you can either close the webpage, or look on the bottom of your computer and bring up the page labeled “South & Central America”

8.  Click on the Level 1- Beginner, and repeat until you have successfully moved up through all the levels!
