Summary of our Day

This morning we reviewed our grammar homework last night on the four types of sentences.  Students who did the homework are well prepared for the test tomorrow.  After the grammar review, we played Guess My Rule in spelling.  We learned that our spelling words for this week are words that are derived from Latin roots.  After that we had an active vote quiz on the four types of sentences as a review for the test tomorrow. Lastly, we presented our plays to Ms. Yoo's class today.

Student Homework:

Read 20 minutes each night

Finish your morning work- proofreading page 35

Spelling- do the packet attached to your list.  Challenge: write each word one time and break each word up by syllables.
