Seventh Grade Social Studies

Africa, Asia, and the Pacific Realm

Students will explore Africa, Asia, and the Pacific Realm this year in Social Studies.   We will incorporate reading, research, and classroom discussion and debate during our study.  Each quarter students will have a project to be completed in and out of class.  (Due dates for each project will be posted on this site as well as noted on the homework hotline.)
We have begun this year with a review of the geography of Africa and are presently studying Africa's history which includes Egyptian history as well as the history of western Africa.
