Hello Parents!

We are celebrating Dr. Seuss this week.  The book fair will be held in the library this week.  Third grade is scheduled to go Friday, March 2, @ 8:30-9:00.  Also on Friday, the students can dress up as their favorite Dr. Seuss character.  Green Eggs and Ham will be served in the cafeteria for breakfast.  Reading Day celebration begins @ 12:45 in the Multi-Purpose Room.  Book Fair will be open until 4 o'clock.

We are finishing activities with Sarah,  Plain and Tall.  The students and I have had so much enjoyment reading this book.  Their unit test will be on Friday, March 2.

Since we are celebrating Dr. Seuss, our spelling words focus on literature.  Please see your child's student planner for the list.  

We are continuing to discuss adjectives and descriptive writing in language class.  The students will take their third nine weeks language arts common assessment post test next week.
