Use Competencies's sections Exxamining Safety and Sanitation, Serving in the Dining Room, and Purchasing and Receiving Goods to list duties to be fulfilled to manage care and operation of the kitchen and classroom.
Use Competencies' sections Applying Food-Prepartion Techniques, Preparing Garde Manger, and Learning Baking Fundamentals to make a suggested list of potential foods to be prepared for sale after learning to prepare.
