MR. SUTHER'S CONTEMPORARY US HISTORY

              & HONORS  U.S. HISTORY             

                 FALL SEMISTER 2009

Contemporary U.S. History -   1st & 3rd Period . This course covers U.S. History from 1789 to the present with a concentration on the 20th Century. The students final grade will be determined by chapter tests which will be given about once a week. Quizzes and other class work will be combined and averaged twice every quarter into one grade equal to one test grade. Each student will keep a notebook where question sheets, maps and other work will be kept. About once every  three weeks, these will be taken up and given a grade equal to one test grade.
