WELCOME STUDENTS AND PARENTS!!!!

Late Work Policy:

***All late work deductions will follow the school late work policy, which requires that AIP be given if an assignment is not turned in on the due date. Student must notify parent of the AIP appointment. Failure to attend the AIP appointment and complete the work will yield a zero.

***All late work will result in a penalty of point deduction.  One day late = 15 points, Two days = 25, Three days =35.  Project score deductions are increased by 10 points.


***I do not accept incomplete work, it will be considered a missing assignment and AIP will be assigned. A 15-point deduction will be given in these circumstances.

***If directions are not followed on an assignment, meaning it has not been completed correctly, I will assign AIP in order for you to complete the assignment correctly. A 15 point deduction will be given in these circumstances.

Required daily supplies:
1. Pencil and your agenda
2. Composition notebook (not a spiral)
3. Colored pocket folder with brads
4. Glue stick (1-2 per month)
5. Colored pencils


***Students are to use pencil only! A 20 point deduction will be taken from work turn in using INK!

Wednesday -
Agenda:  Begin Chemistry unit. 
Hmwk: Assignment from textbook:  pp. 24-28, answer questions from 28 onto journal page 8.

Thursday - 
Agenda:  Begin Chemistry unit. 
Hmwk: Assignment from textbook:  pp. 24-28, answer questions from 28 onto journal page 8.

Friday - Due:  Assignment from textbook:  pp. 24-28, answer questions from 28 onto journal page 8.
Agenda:  Complete Chemistry vocabulary.  Atoms activity
Hmwk: 1.  Sign up for internet book access.  2.  Complete the book assignment (pg. 28), in science journal.   3.  Section 2 questions place in science journal on page 12.
