Quarter 2

Please try out some of the links attached to continue your math practice during the summer.  I am looking forward to all students having a successful second quarter. 

During the school year, the expectation is that all students work hard to achieve the success that I know you are capable of performing in a safe and comfortable learning environment.  Homework is expected to be completed on time.  This page will be updated to include major assignments such as unit tests and quizzes as well as projects.  Please contact me by email or phone if you have questions or concerns.  (242-7834 ext. 2362)

Parents:

Grades are now available on-line.  If you have not received your log in and password by mail or picked it up, please stop by and see Mr. Lee Noury for access.  This is a great tool to keep up with your child's grades.

New for Q-2

Students will have one week to make up any missing assignments.  Please remind your child to stay organized and check power school often to ensure all work is completed.

Period 1 - Problem Solving Using Decimals and Whole Numbers - Unit 3 Assessment - Monday and Tuesday, November 23/24, 2009

Parents,

Your child should bring home an invitation today if they earned honor roll for the first quarter.  The 7th grade team will have an honor roll assembly on Wednesday, November 25, 2009 at 10:15 am to present your child with a certificate.  If you can attend that would be awesome!

 

Monday, 11/23/09

Period 1 -Write a reflection on Unit 3.  What have you learned?  What do you do well?  What do you still need help with?

Period 2,3,4,5 - Complete worksheet 1.4 problems 2-24 even; remember to use the "cone method"

All classes - get progress report signed and return on Tuesday, 11/24/09

Note Period 4 will receive their reports on Tuesday.
