4B NEWSLETTER MAY

    Dear Fourth Grade Parents,

         I apologize for not getting an April update to you. The

    month just seemed to fly by.  May will be a busy month for

    4B.  We started off the month by getting a headstart on our

    Mother's Day Projects. 

         Each year I continue the tradition of allowing each student

    a chance to crown Mary in our own class.  The class sings a 

    song to Mary and then we continue our Religion lesson.  May

    is such a perfect month to show our devotion to the patron

    saint of our school.

         On May 22, 4B and 4W will participate in the Park Ridge

    Historic Walking Tour.  It is a wonderful opportunity to learn

    about the town in which the students attend school.  We will

    let you know the details as we get closer to the date.

         International Food Day is scheduled for May 9.  Thank

    you in advance for all the help and support you are giving your

    child.  What a wonderful way to combine learning with delicious

    treats!

         Field Day for fourth grade will take place in May. I will

    update you as the date gets closer.

         Thank you to all those who supported the school musical,

    "Annie."  4B was very enthusiastic during the school

    performance.
