Thanks for visiting my website!  The 2009-2010 school year has been an exciting year for technology purchases! Mt. Ulla Elementary PTA has done an amazing job raising money for the purchase of ActivBoards.  Thanks go out to the parents and community for helping us put a board in every classroom in the school.  These interactive white boards will greatly enhance our students' learning. 
  CONGRATULATIONS TO DANIELLE WEBB AT MT. ULLA ELEMENTARY FOR BEING CHOSEN AS A 21ST CENTURY TEACHER!  Her classroom will be outfitted with lots of awesome technology for her students to utilize.  
Woodleaf Elementary has also purchased several ActivBoards and projectors and are anxiously awaiting their installation.  Another laptop cart is on the way and we are looking to the purchase of ActivExpressions, ActivWands, and four teacher laptops.  We have made amazing strides with technology and by the end of the year, every teacher will have a laptop and projector.  What an amazing accomplishment!
It is so exciting to see the faces of the children light up when they use the ActivBoard or get truly engaged with our school's technology.
Congratulations to MUES and WES for doing such a great job implementing the IMPACT model, which integrates media and technology into the curriculum.
