I hope your students have enjoyed the first six weeks...only five more to go!

I have assigned a big project that will be due on OCTOBER 14th.  It is about capitalization and has very specific rules/guidelines to follow.  We will have only one day in class to work on it, so the bulk of it must be done at home.  Please email me with any questions, lmann@aisd.net.  The information for the project can be found in your student's ELA (spiral notebook for my class) on page 11.

Thank you for registering with my website.  Please check this to be informed with what is going on in our room!  Currently we are writing our first personal narrative.  The topic is "What is your favorite memory".  I am learning so much about each of your children and have been very impressed with their writing thus far.  As them to explain to you the new writing system (Magic Box).  We will start editing and revising next week and should have a final copy soon.  You are going to love what they written, as much of it is about you!
