Hello to everyone and welcome to Lisbon Central School. We are presenting a course of enrichment to all of our students in 5th, 6th, 7th and 8th grades. This will prepare them to the high technology world they will be entering. We have been working with the students in 8th Grade, producing an educational video about the Lisbon Central School's, Code of Conduct. They have been put into four groups with each assigned a code to film and produce. They will gain the knowledge to become part of the media workforce and learn to work as a team.   The 7th Grade enrichment has been working on a film with the Lisbon Senior Center and the Lisbon students. Our school has monthly assemblies in the school gym and this will be the time to present the films to the student body. We recently introduced the students to computer animation using a photo of themselves and creating a cartoon body. The challenge is there and surprisingly, the students are more advanced than I imagined. Plans are being made to have the best prepared students to leave Lisbon Central School in it's history.  Our school motto is "Learning today for tomorrow". Well, tomorrow is today, enjoy the future.
